Verified professionals have passed identity and skill checks conducted by EZET.
🔁 Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel a booking before it’s accepted. After acceptance, contact the service provider for cancellations.
How to use
For Customers
Choose a Service Provider
Open the app and select a service provider like Electrician, Plumber from the home screen.
Write a Description
Provide a detailed description of the service you need, including any specific requirements or issues. It help's you to get big to small discounts on your booking.
Select a Verified Worker
Browse through the list of verified professionals. Check their ratings, experience, and distance from your location.
Book and Confirm
Tap to book the worker. An OTP will be sent to confirm job completion securely.
Give ratings
After the job is completed, rate your experience on the worker’s performance.
For Workers
Sign Up
Create your account and upload necessary things to register.
Receive Job Requests
Once registered, you’ll get job requests based on your service category and location.
Complete Job & Get Paid
Visit the customer, complete the job, and ask for the OTP to confirm and take money from customer.
